Dinner Rolls

After a long Trial just step on my next step in baking thanks to Gayathri... Yes  more than 3 months i've tried these dinner rolls.... Had more quires about these type of baking.. When i heard the March challenge i don't have much confident to put my hands over it... finally I've tried to reach out these and amazed with the result... I GOT IT..I'll try more recipes using these Challenge as my base....

Boiled Egg curry

Boiled Egg curry.... it's a version of Gujarati preparation.... Onion and Tomatoes cooked with some spices and tossed up with Boiled Eggs... that's it.. very very simple preparation... here though i use the south indian kulambu masala podi... if u don't have this podi just use 1 tsp of chillie powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder and 1/2 tsp of cumin powder.... This curry can be prepared when you dont have time in your hands.. here we go with our simple curry....

Simple yummy Curry, It's the easiest curry that you can make when you have no time hand to complete your meal... this Curry can be prepared in other vegetables also carrot, ladiesfinger, brinjal.... Soya chunk-Cheese Balls


Soya chunks are rich in proteins, very good diet for kids, soya chunks  is high in fiber, which is known to benefit cholesterol levels, and can indirectly lower cholesterol by replacing fatty animal proteins in the diet. Home made Ghee



Home made Pure Ghee Gives the best result for the foods... Very healthy for the kids... here in my previous post I've given How to take the Home made Butter?? Continuation for my previous post is here .....


In a Wide pan Take the Cleaned Butter.. Here im using Non-stick pan so no need to grease it.. if you are going to use normal or any other type of pans means You should grease it up...


Start heating the pan... in medium flame or low flame it takes more time... aprox 30-40 mins u need stir it and should have a eye on... here i did in Induction Stove soo it take 10 mins for me to take the ghee


All the butter get melted


Here the butter is clarified


Dip some curry leaves or drumstick leaves in butter milk and throw in the pan.. poping will over and the leaves will fry

Home made Butter


Home made Butter is so delicious for cooking and baking cakes, cookies.... it's not an simple process.. have to wait for long time( 10-15 days) with more patience... this butter can be used to prepare clarified butter(Ghee) this can be the best part of many deserts, Snacks, Yummly biryani and varieties, 
you need to boil the Milk in low flame , make it cool(Do not cover up till they are cool), refrigerate the milk, when ever you want to take out the milk slowly pull out the cream layer with spoon and take out the milk... You need to repeat this for 10- 15 days or till your tin get filled.. 



Boil the milk in low flame ... make them cool with out cover the top... store them in refrigerator


when ever you want to take out the milk slowly pull out the cream layer with spoon and take out the milk...


Not to worry... per day 2-3 tsp cream you'll get depend on the milk will have the good result


store the cream in a air tight container.. You need to repeat this for 10- 15 days or till your tin get filled


Here is my cream I've collected this for 2 weeks


Now take the Collected cream in wide vessel an add some ice cold water beat the with whisk/ electric hand blender... mixer also used to do this... usually i'll beat them in a bottle.. take an air tight bottle fill half the bottle with collected cream and add some cold water shake them continuously for 10 -15 mins  stage by stage you'll see the color and texture change...



finally the butter will roll in top... It's the time to take out the butter...


Take clear water in another bowl wash the butter balls for 2 times
