Paal Payasam/Semiya payasam/ Vermicilie Gheer in milk



Ingredients:
Semiya(vermicillie)-1 cup
Sago(Javuarisi)- 1/2 cup
Sugar- 3/4 cup
Ghee- 5tsp
Milk- 2 cups
Essence- 1 tsp
Coconut- 1/2 cup (chopped)
Nuts & Raisins

Method:
* Fry the semiya(vermicillie) in ghee, add the sago and water pressure cook it for 2 whistles
* Boil the milk wiht sugar & add the cooked mix
* Add Essence too
* In a separate pan heat the ghee & fry the coconuts pcs, nuts & rasins
* Add the Milk mixture...
* It's ready to serve
* An easy delicious traditional paal payasam
